New buildings or resale housing: what is right for you?

Resale housing, on the contrary, is located in populated areas. Everything you need for a comfortable life is already nearby. You can move in immediately after purchase, without wasting time on repairs.
But the secondary market has its drawbacks: deterioration of buildings, old utilities and the possibility of hidden defects. Before buying, be sure to conduct a technical inspection of the property.
The choice depends on your priorities. If modernity is important to you, choose a new building. If you need ready-made infrastructure, pay attention to secondary housing.
